Sneyd Open Water Swimming

Apologies for the lack of information regarding opening; we have submitted all relevant documents as requested to the Council & site owner and unfortunately, we are still awaiting feedback. I am aware that it does have to go through a rigorous system including separate departments and has to be signed off by various people before we have the keys however its taking much longer than anticipated. We will be waiting and providing the council with whatever they need from us however long it takes as we strongly believe that this will be a great venue!
We are very excited to announce that we are in fact the sister site to Netherton Open Water Swimming who have been established for well over 5 years, have Level 2 STA Open Water Swimming Coaches, fully lifeguarded, and the friendliest, most supportive group locally with a great atmosphere!
We are open every Saturday throughout the year including Christmas Day, Boxing Day & News Years Day this year and Monday evenings throughout the Summer.

This venue is in the private and exclusive grounds of the former Sneyd School (not the reservoir accessible to the public opposite). It has beautifully kept gardens and nature trail all around the lake.
