As we head into the Festive Season and the year comes to an end, I just wanted to wish everyone in Wallingford a very happy Christmas and all the very best for 2026.

I spent 25 wonderful years in Wallingford, and I’ll always be grateful for the friendships, community spirit, and opportunities that came with that. This past year has been a tough one personally, but I’m proud of what was achieved and thankful to everyone I worked alongside during my time as a councillor.

I’ve now moved on from Wallingford and am enjoying a rather different pace of life in the peace of the Shropshire Hills, a change I’d been planning for the longer term. While I won’t go into detail here, I leave with nothing but good wishes for the town and those continuing to serve it.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. I wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a happy, healthy year ahead.
