We work together to identify what matters most and connect you to local services, community groups and personalised advice. Live Well Wakefield offers support for people who are facing non-clinical challenges in their lives, and our team of advisors have vast experience of supporting adults 18+ through what can be difficult times. If you are struggling with any of the following, we may be able to

help. Bereavement, aids & adaptations, education, assistive technology, mobility, social isolation, volunteering, lifestyle advice, loneliness, long-term conditions, home support, personal safety, falls prevention, mental health, housing, finances, employment, advocacy and more. At Live Well Wakefield, we also offer a range of Self-Management courses and workshops touching on topics such as mental and physical health, pain, long-Covid and more.
