We understand that conflict can be a normal part of all relationships. It’s not the conflict that is the problem but how we deal with it.

Ongoing or unresolved conflict can have a negative impact on our relationships, as well as our children’s wellbeing and happiness.

Looking for support with your child’s worries or fears? 🌟

Lumi Nova is a FREE fun, intergalactic adventure game designed to help children build confidence and manage anxiety.

As they explore exciting planets, customise their character, and collect rewards, your child will learn to break fears down into small, manageable steps—developing lifelong skills and resilience along the way 💪

👾 Designed for children aged 7–12, Lumi Nova can help if your child:
• Lacks confidence to try new things
• Struggles with everyday challenges
• Finds it hard to concentrate
• Has difficulties with sleep or eating
• Experiences anger or emotional outbursts
• Has frequent worries or negative thoughts
• Avoids school or social situations
• Becomes irritable, tearful, or clingy

Funded by NHS West Yorkshire ICB and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lumi Nova is FREE to access for Wakefield families.

Children don’t come with a set of instructions!

1 June marks Global Day of Parents and celebrates the critical role parents and carers play in raising happy, healthy children.

But parenting doesn’t come with a handbook - sometimes it helps to know you’re not the only one figuring things out as you go.

Our programmes support parents from birth through to age 12, covering everything from child development and behaviour to key transitions and everyday challenges.

They’re a chance to come together with other parents to share, learn, and support each other in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No judgement, just understanding.

Get in touch to find out more about the programmes and when they’re next running!
