We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Post Office assistants / assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with postal services, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Previous Post office experience preferred but not necessary, training will be given.


Either 2 part time assistants at 17 1/2 hours per week with Saturdays on rotation as additional hours
Or 1 full time assistant at 35 hours with Saturday on rotation
All can be discussed regarding hours and Saturdays .
Rate of pay to be discussed and dependent on experience.

It is with great sadness we now have to say NO DOGS allowed in the postoffice we have had a few incidents of late with liquids and today solids and owners do not even advise us that there pet has had an accident 😢

Afternoon and Happy New Year.

With the Christmas rush over now, we are changing the instore que system.
We have two counters 1 (to the left ) is now primarily for banking customers , we will prioritise banking at this counter.
Counter to the right is for mail and top ups etc.

We will serve you at both counters , but if a banking customer is in the left hand que , we will prioritise serving them first at the banking counter.
If you find it confusing please pop in and we are more than happy to explain.
