Would you like to try Group Cycle classes? We will be adding an 8 week beginners class to our schedule on Tuesday mornings at 10.00-10.45 starting on June 9th.

This will be great if you’ve never done indoor cycling before or if you would like a lower intensity experience. The class will be fully seated throughout and will therefore be suitable for those with joint problems or medical issues as well as anyone coming back to exercise after time out. Full instruction will be given to make sure you feel comfortable and safe.

To register for this class please book at reception in person or by phone on 01208 8149980. We would like you to get the full experience of the 6 week course so please attend all session.

You can book onto the course if you are new to indoor cycling, if you meet any of the criteria mentioned above or if the level of intensity of our current group cycle sessions isn’t suitable for you. If the 6 weeks course is not fully subscribed, the remaining places will be available to book week to week.
