Hesitation often linked to uncertainty about touching or exposing the chest, removing clothing, or placing defibrillator pads correctly.

Sadly when it comes to cardiac arrest there is no dignity in dying, and if we do nothing people will simply slip away without help!

We are happy to provide FREE CPR & AED awareness training to anyone that needs it, please get in touch with us to arrange this at our training room in Charles Street, Milford Haven.

Our dedicated training room is designed for smaller groups, making training more accessible, practical, and available when you need it most.

We will be offering a wide range of courses, from Basic Life Support right through to Immediate Response Emergency Care (IREC).
