Hopefully this is our final incident photo of 2025. 430am this morning, a bright moon, reflecting on a calm sea. We have had a busy year.

●Hosted our first Christmas grotto
●Launched the first Tywyn Fire cadets
●Attended numerous School fairs
●Played a Charity football tournament
●Took Fire Cadets to the national games in Cardiff
●Hosted an Open night
●Relaunched Aberdyfi Carnival after 29 years
●Took part in Mach run charity drive
●Hosted Aberdyfi Bonfire night and fireworks

Alerted at 0415 this morning.. it was our turn to relieve crews who had battled through the night at the Cwm mountain fire in Llandudno. A long drive north to assist 👌🏻 🚒🔥📟

We are looking forward to our open night and the return of the carnival. We have had loads of interest in the floats. If you are making one or just dressing up and walking We would love to see you there. 🥳🥳🥳

All the entertainment is FREE for the evening. The only cost is food, drink, tuck shop, ice cream or our firefighter charity stall with toys and gifts. We will also have a name the bear raffle at £1 a go. 🔥🚒📟

So proud of our fire cadets participating in the national fire cadet games in Cardiff this weekend. For a crew only 8 weeks into the fire cadets programme they showed great teamwork, pride, commitment and willingness to learn and can take great pride in coming joint 4th in one of the search and rescue activities out of 31 teams. 🚒🔥📟🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🙏🫡

Cadets from our Tywyn branch will be heading down to Cardiff to represent North Wales in the National Cadet Games over the weekend 🏅

The Cadet Games, hosted by South Wales Fire and Rescue Service this year, offers cadets the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, teamwork, and commitment to the values of the Fire and Rescue Service in a national setting 👩‍🚒🧑‍🚒👨‍🚒

We put our boots on. Donned the new North Wales Fire and Rescue Service / Gwasanaeth Tân ac Achub Gogledd Cymru football kit and we lost most games 🤣🙈 but its the taking part that counts and we all raised some money for the AstroTurf replacement fund.
