Well, the wet weather has finally returned after a lovely, but hot spell. ππ₯
π§In wet weather, it takes at least twice as long to stop as it does on a dry road. This is because your tyres have less grip on the road in wet weather.β
β±The recommended two-second rule in dry conditions should be doubled to at least four seconds when driving in wet conditions.
π’Slow down and increase the distance between you and the vehicle ahead. Giving yourself extra space allows more time to react and reduces the risk of a collision - stay safe and donβt become another statistic.
