Lakeside Cottages 3 x 3 bedroom Cornish country cottages! For those that like fishing, there is also a well stocked two-acre coarse fishing lake a few yards from the front door.

Kestrel Kingfisher and kite are recently built spacious and substantial cottages, situated near Perranporth and Newquay on the North Cornwall coast and overlook beautiful unspoilt countryside. Of modern construction, they have the atmosphere of much older buildings with thick walls, slate floors and huge living areas with exposed beams. Patio doors open onto large sunny verandahs and the cottages

are set in forty acres of meadowland within a small working farm where a pampered herd of beef cattle, pigs, goats and chickens are kept. This part of Cornwall is awash with things to do and see, whether it’s the surfing beaches of Newquay, the beautiful sailing haven of Fal estuary, the cathedral city of Truro, Lands End, or spending a day at the famous Eden Project. Alternatively your help feeding the animals is bound to be appreciated! Accommodation:
Open plan living space. Modern oak kitchen with slate floors, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and dining table to seat six. Living area with feature fireplace and woodburner, patio doors to verandah, leather sofas, armchair, Freeview TV and DVD. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Two twin bedrooms, both with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower, hand basin and WC. Outside: Patio doors to decked verandah with garden table and chairs. Steps down to large lawn bordering the fields. Parking: For a maximum of two cars. Features:
•Included: Bed linen (no towels), cot, high chair, basket of logs, electricity and central heating (oil).
•Pets: One well behaved dog welcome.
•Telephone: No telephone provided. Mobile reception good.
•Local Facilties: Perranporth, Holywell and Crantock beaches all a short drive away. Newquay 8 miles. Perranporth Golf club (pay and play), a short drive away. Horse riding nearby. Pub, café, Post Office/village stores in Goonhavern, 1.5 miles. Truro with all facilities, 8 miles.
