A fantastic step forward for our team! 🌿

We’re proud to share our Compassionate Care course, thoughtfully designed by The CHAOS Group and presented by our CEO, Caroline.

This is now embedded into our mandatory training, and the first session has been incredibly positive 💙

The course highlights that compassionate care is a person-centred approach, built on empathy, respect and meaningful support. It places equal importance on not only physical wellbeing, but also emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.

We already know our amazing team delivers this kind of care every single day, prioritising safety, dignity, and satisfaction for our clients and their loved ones. This training simply strengthens and celebrates the incredible work they do 🌟

Today we received a huge delivery of surplus food, including delicious fresh fruit and vegetables, helping us The CHAOS Group continue our mission of sustainability and community support.

We were proud to be the first community fridge in Cornwall, based in the former Café Chaos space, which has now developed into an emergency food collection hub supporting people across the county and beyond.

Alongside sharing rescued food, we also grow vegetables for local projects and support local families, because the reality is that times are tough for everyone right now.

Our aim is simple: to make sure no good food goes to landfill while helping our community access fresh, healthy food when they need it most.
