Thanks to Gwent Police for providing bike marking and registration at Nelson Community Centre a few weeks ago. We hope to repeat the event later in the summer.

👮 We're often out and about in the community offering support and advice to residents and businesses, ranging from crime prevention to online safety.

🤝 Our Police Community Support Officers are integral figures in our neighbourhood teams, helping to build safer communities.

📍 Last week, we worked alongside councillors in Caerphilly to deliver a bike marking event in the Nelson area.

ℹ️ Bike marking is a simple but effective crime prevention measure, helping deter theft and increasing the chances of recovery if a bike is stolen.

Resurfacing of Mabon Road (A472) scheduled for 9th and 10th May.

⚠️The resurfacing programme is due to start on 5th May.

These highway works will include a mix of full resurfacing projects or surface preservation treatments, helping to enhance our roads.
