Friday Reset is happening today and it is going to be beautiful.
Two hours of gentle somatic yoga, yin poses, breathwork and a gorgeous sound bath to close — all woven together into one guided journey designed to shake off the week and leave you genuinely restored.
Not just "glad it's Friday" restored. Actually, deeply, ready-for-the-weekend restored. ☀️
There'll be connection, there'll be stillness, and there will absolutely be a yoga nidra with live sound bowls that you will not want to miss.

Monday 07:00 - 21:00
Tuesday 07:00 - 21:00
Wednesday 07:00 - 21:00
Thursday 07:00 - 21:00
Friday 07:00 - 20:00
Saturday 08:00 - 16:30
Sunday 08:00 - 16:30

What will happen to my swimming lessons? 🏊🏼‍♂️

Your lessons will automatically transfer over to the same day and time as they’re currently running. Please continue to swim at your same day and time after 1 June.

Exciting news! We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Swimming Instructors to join us. 🏊🏼‍♂️

Ideally, you will already hold a current SEQ qualification, but if you show us that you are the right candidate, a competent swimmer and keen to learn, we will be happy to put you through your training, subject to meeting requirements.

📢 An update for our customers 📢

​We want to say a quick sorry to anyone who has had trouble getting through to us on the phones this week. We have been incredibly busy behind the scenes learning new systems and processes to improve our service for you.

​If you need to reach us, we have a great alternative. Our new app and website now feature a message us function. Our team are picking these up throughout the day and this is a fantastic way to get your questions answered.

🔧 Maintenance Update 🔧

A huge thank you to Gym Support for coming out today to service all of our gym equipment and spin bikes! 🤩

We're only on Day 4, and we've already seen some fantastic improvements.

Don't worry — there's plenty more in the pipeline, and this is just the beginning! 💪

We'd also like to say a massive thank you to our amazing community for your patience and understanding while we've worked through the issues we've faced.
