Short-term outdoor work in Torridon: We are looking for keen individuals to carry out rhododendron control on Ben Damph Estate for a few weeks over April/ May/ June this year. Before the flowers! Ideally you will have a pesticide ticket (PA1/ PA6/ PA6aw) to spray rhododendrons with glyphosate and to carry out stem injection. You will need to be fit to walk over steep ground and to clear rhododendrons by hand. You will be expected to use a phone to mark cleared areas on the map and to monitor where you have treated or cleared. We can provide accommodation and will pay a reasonable rate.
