Starting week commencing 7th September 2026, Tipton Leisure Centre is pleased to offer Adult Swimming Lessons for all abilities! 🌊

Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to improve your technique, or ready to take your swimming to the next level, our friendly sessions are designed to help you build confidence, develop your skills and achieve your swimming goals. 💪

📅 Autumn Term – 14 Weeks
⏱️ 30-minute lesson each week
🍂 Excluding October half term
💷 £100.80 for the 14-week programme

We’re delighted to celebrate Tyron successfully completing Stage 2! 🎉👏 His commitment and positive attitude have helped him make fantastic progress in the water.

Now it’s time for the next challenge! 🚀 Tyron is excited to start Stage 3, where he can continue developing his swimming skills, confidence and technique. 🏊‍♂️🌟

A huge congratulations to Summer, who has worked incredibly hard to master her swimming strokes over the full 25m distance! 🏊‍♀️💪

Her hard work, determination and commitment have really paid off, and we’re delighted to celebrate her successfully completing Stage 6! 🎉👏

But that’s not all… Summer has now taken another fantastic step in her swimming journey and has been accepted to join Sandwell Aquatics Swimming Club! 🏊‍♀️🏅

This is a brilliant achievement and a fantastic opportunity for Summer to continue developing her technique, fitness and competitive swimming skills. 🌟

You may have noticed a change in your Muscle Mass results in the EGYM app or on the Hub — here’s why 👇
Following a recent BioAge update, the way Muscle Mass is calculated has changed. Your results now focus specifically on Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM).
This means a lower Muscle Mass number doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve lost muscle. The calculation is simply using a different measurement.
We’ve included all the information you need in the graphic above. If you have any questions about your results, speak to a member of our team — we’re happy to help! 💪

Looking for a simple, effective way to build strength and keep track of your progress? Our E-Gym makes getting started easy, with smart equipment that’s designed to work with you.

When you book in for an E-Gym induction, one of our instructors will show you how the equipment works, get you set up and provide you with your own personal fob to keep. 🔑

Once you're set up, you can use the E-Gym equipment whenever you like, and you’ll also have access to our Tanita body composition scales to keep track of your progress. 📊

No guessing. No complicated set-up. Just turn up, tap your fob and get started!
