We're looking for creative students to join our 2026/27 Student Content Creator team and get paid to help show what life’s really like as a student at UHI North, West and Hebrides.

From your course and campus to student events, placements and the places you live and study, we want to see student life through your eyes.

You don’t need to be an influencer or have professional filming experience. Just bring your ideas, personality and a phone. We’ll support you with filming tips, editing guidance and plenty of inspiration.

Heading to university or college this autumn? You may be eligible for the MenB vaccine.

The MenB vaccine is being offered to older teenagers and new students under 25 who are at higher risk of exposure to meningococcal group B bacteria.

If you’re eligible, it’s important to take up the offer as soon as possible when starting your new semester, which includes two doses.

Coming to Scotland to study with UHI?

If you’re an international student under 25 and starting your first university course, you may be eligible for the MenB vaccine.

➕ If you’re eligible, aim to receive both doses at least two weeks before your course starts.

➕ Can’t get vaccinated before you travel? Don’t worry — you can receive one or both doses after you arrive in Scotland.
