What is honey? And what makes a good honey? And why does honey vary from less than £1.00 a jar to hundreds of pounds? And how do we spot adulterated honey?
We look at - and taste - some of the many different types of honey.
Peter Smith is a beekeeper, all round bug enthusiast and writer. His talks are designed to entertain as well as inform and are aimed at everyone with an interest in the natural world and what we can do to help.

Simply drop into Dittons Library on Friday 25th April between 10am-4pm for help from one of our friendly advisors. We can assist you with everything from setting up an NHS account, to ordering your repeat prescriptions through the app.

Bring your own device, if you have one, and photo ID if it's your first time registering for the app.
