We are passionate about ensuring all children develop in a happy, healthy, safe and good quality provision. We're excited to share that Moonstruck Astronaut is recruiting for a Freelance Communications Specialist (Marketing & Audience Development), subject to confirmation of Arts Council England National Lottery Project Grant funding.

As we prepare for the next chapter of our journey, we're looking for someone who can help us tell our story, grow participation and build support for our work with children and young people across Telford & Wrekin.

This role will support the delivery of Telford Tall Tales: Town & Trees, an ambitious 27-month programme of theatre workshops, school outreach, summer intensives and community performances.
We're seeking an experienced communications and marketing professional who is passionate about community engagement and the arts in Telford & Wrekin, and who can become a trusted member of our small core team.

Key Information
• Freelance fee: £240 per day
• Approximately 30 days across July 2026 – October 2028
• Primarily remote, with some in-person meetings and project activity in Telford & Wrekin
• Application deadline: Thursday 2 July 2026, 12 noon
