AAA.Ambulance3 were proud to provide paramedic-led medical cover for the next generation of motocross stars. From first-time riders to future champions, it was fantastic to see so much talent, determination, and enthusiasm on the track.

Over the weekend, we were proud to provide medical cover for The Pony Club XC event, with two Paramedics on site supporting competitors, officials and spectators throughout the day.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to MERTS who stepped in at very short notice with a replacement 4x4 vehicle, ensuring our planned provision remained fully in place.

It’s a great example of how professional organisations can work together, support one another, and ultimately ensure the highest standards of safety and care for the events we serve.

Today we had the pleasure of delivering Epilepsy & Emergency Midazolam Training to staff at a local SEN educational setting.

The course focused on recognising and managing seizures, understanding individual care plans, and the safe administration of emergency rescue medication, helping staff feel confident and prepared to support learners when it matters most.

At AAA.Ambulance3οΏΌ, the welfare of our staff is just as important as the welfare of the patients and events we support.

With temperatures rising across the current heatwave, we are making sure all of our teams working at events throughout the UK have regular welfare checks, access to hydration, shaded rest areas, and appropriate breaks to help keep them safe while continuing to deliver gold standard care.

This heat is also a reminder for everyone attending outdoor events to look after themselves and those around them:

β˜€οΈ Stay hydrated throughout the day
β˜€οΈ Avoid prolonged periods in direct sunlight
β˜€οΈ Wear suitable clothing and sun protection
β˜€οΈ Check on children, older adults, and vulnerable people regularly
β˜€οΈ If you begin to feel dizzy, nauseous, develop a headache, or feel unwell β€” seek assistance early
