Thank you to everybody that turned out for the Remembrance Sunday Service this morning. We had a good representation across all three sections and all the young people looked extremely smart and were exceptionally well behaved.

Just a few photos from our Scouts amazing Summer Camp with Bishops Lydeard Scout Group and Wyvern Explorer Scout Unit at Great Tower Scout Adventures in the Lake District. A vast array of activities on site, three mountain walks with spectacular scenery, a cruise on the lake, trips to Keswick and Windermere and much more. Thanks to all that made it happen.

We would like to thank everybody that attended our Summer Fete yesterday, it was a successful afternoon and fortunately the weather managed to stay dry!

Thank you to our dedicated volunteers within the group for the months of organisation leading up to yesterday, the parents and young people that donated items and manned our stalls, and those that came to run their own stall or activity, it’s much appreciated.

A big thanks must also go to Taunton Town Council for the use of the Rec, Somerset Council for allowing us to run the event and Mr White for allowing us to use his field for car parking.

We hope everybody that came enjoyed themselves but if you have any feedback on where we can improve for next year please do let us know. We plan to make this an annual event and we already have several ideas for 2026.
