A welcome drop in temperature meant a return to our seated exercise session this morning. Great efforts from all, even those less than impressed at the suggestion 😉😜
Nice to have a customer and his support staff join us again from Compass Everyday, although there was talk about maybe coming slightly later next week 😂

Thanks to everyone that supported us today it was a great afternoon. The interactive audience participation was great fun, we had our very own pipe smoking Sherlock Holmes’s.
The brownies were to die for.
We tried to give you a day at COGs in an hour and a half.

Oh what a week so far at COGs we have been busy baking cakes for tomorrow. The Brownies oh my goodness it’s worth a visit just for these bad boys.
