Reception enjoyed making their class potion. We added in kindness, always trying our best, super listening and not giving up if we find things tricky. We then made our smiley face biscuits as we all agreed we would be a happy class if we did all of these things.

For our first science unit of the term, Year 5 have been using Newton Meters to investigate the different forces created by a range of everyday items. We have used this information to support our understanding of gravity and the work carried out by one of our most famous scientists, Isaac Newton. Thankfully, Mr Hall's shoe was returned!
