We are so, so sorry we had to close again this afternoon due to staff illness. Tony are I are on our way home, and will be open again as normal from tomorrow and the rest of the week. We really are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have received lots of lovely messages about our temporary closure, but I feel I need to explain that Tony and I are fine, we are on holiday🙈 Unfortunately it’s Cheryl who is unwell. As you know, that only leaves Helen, who, as brilliant as she is, simply cannot run the branch on her own, for insurance and safety purposes as well as coping with customer demand. As I have previously said, if I could have managed to get some cover, we would obviously have opened. Many thanks for your understanding and well wishes 😊

UPDATE…….

Unfortunately due to being unable to find any relief to help out, we will be unable to open again tomorrow. We will reopen on Monday. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this will cause. Thanks Sandra & Tony

📣 POST OFFICE CLOSURE 8 JULY 📣

Please be aware that we will be CLOSED all day on Wednesday 8th July. We will be open again as normal of Thursday 9th July.

If you need to collect any parcels or currency, please be aware of this date and maybe collect on the Monday or Tuesday - we would hate you to be disappointed!

We apologise for any convenience this may cause, but hopefully the other 5 days we are open will not cause too much disruption.
