Landau Forte Academy Amington is an exciting new development in the centre of Tamworth, situated by the old Woodhouse School site. The Academy provides an outstanding environment and climate for learning, with a clear focus upon the individual as a member of a dynamic and supportive community. Students travelling by bus alighting in Tamworth Town Centre will only need to walk 15 – 20 minutes to find the Academy.

📚✨ Homework Starts This Week! ✨📚

Homework will be set today (9th September) for all students and our homework programme is now underway for the academic year.

✅ English, Maths and Science homework is due weekly for all year groups
✅ All other subjects are due fortnightly for students in Years 8-11
✅ Support is available through our Homework Club every Monday

Remember, every completed piece of homework earns 5 Ambition Points! ⭐

On Tuesday 1st September, students in Years 7, 9 and 11 will be having their portrait photographs taken by Gillman & Soame Photographers.

Photographs will be available for families to purchase shortly afterwards.

Please ensure that students in these year groups attend school in full academy uniform, including those who would normally be wearing PE kit for dance lessons.
