This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our wonderful Community Care Manager, Valentina! 🌟💙

Valentina is quite simply the backbone of our team. Over the past week, she has worked tirelessly to welcome new clients into the Radfield Family, visiting them, spending time getting to know them, understanding what matters to them, and making sure their bespoke care plans are in place.

And she’s managed to do all of this while also navigating our relocation, supporting the care team, and keeping on top of her compliance work. 💪📋📦

There really never seems to be a quiet moment, but Valentina somehow manages to keep everything moving, always putting our clients and our team first.

She is truly one of a kind. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to providing exceptional care make such a difference every single day, and we genuinely don't know what we'd do without her.

We are incredibly lucky to have you, Valentina… in fact, every business needs a Valentina! 💙
