🔔 Important News for Veterans — High Court Rules in Favour of Military Hearing Loss Claimants
For all our members who have signed up for hearing loss claims, we have received an important update from Justice4Heroes, one of the organisations helping veterans to make a claim, and we wanted to let you all know.
The High Court has ruled largely in favour of veterans in the military hearing loss case, Abbott and Others v Ministry of Defence. The judgment, handed down on 24 April 2026, is a significant step forward for thousands of veterans suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus caused by their service.
The key deadline for registering a claim under the Matrix Agreement is July 2026. It has already been extended once and it is not certain it will be extended again.
Justice4Heroes have already helped over 6,000 veterans start their claim. If you served after 1987 and suffer from hearing loss or tinnitus, do not wait. Visit www.justice4heroes.org or call 0800 776 5622 now. Time is running out. See less
