The weather's looking good for Purton Fest: Community on Saturday (1pm onwards at the Village Centre). Don't forget your sunscreen, hats, water, picnic blankets and garden chairs.

And remember that there's no parking at the Red House (disabled excepted) - so come on foot or park elsewhere in the village.

Can you help out on Prospect Hospice’s Starlight Walk?

Prospect Hospice is urgently looking for volunteers to support Starlight, its fun nighttime walk taking place on Saturday 27 June 2026 at 7:30pm, starting from The Deanery CE Academy School, SN1 7DA and raising much needed funda for Prospect Hospice.

Volunteers will help create a safe, supportive and uplifting evening for walkers taking part in either the 10k or 15k route, while raising vital funds for local hospice care.

As you get your deck chairs and sunscreen ready for Purton Fest: Community this Saturday, remember that there's NO PARKING anywhere at the Red House, except for cars displaying a disabled sticker. Please walk or park elsewhere in the village.
