As the horrors in Gaza persist and Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank continue to expand, we must remember: the UK government actively supports Israel as it wages brutal violence against the people of Gaza. This is not diplomacy — it is complicity in war crimes.

Labour’s role in pushing working people into poverty isn’t a betrayal—it’s a pattern. From Ramsay MacDonald slashing welfare during the Great Depression to today’s austerity, the party has a long history of capitulating to capital. While Labour has at times introduced reforms that benefit the working class, it remains committed to managing, not challenging, the crises of Monopoly Capitalism.

The only real path to socialism lies in building a united front of working-class organizations, independent of parties that serve capital.
