From January 2025 Coastal Housing merged with RHA Wales to form Beaconcymrugroup . If you previously rented from Coastal, you can still contact us on the same telephone numbers, email address - [email protected] - and manage your account online as normal at www.coastalha.co.uk or via the links at www.beacon.cymru.

However, Coastal social accounts like this one are no longer monitored, so please follow our new accounts and message us there.

As we are replacing branding on a cyclical basis, you may continue to see Coastal branding on signs, vans and workwear until these reach their natural replacement date.

Coastal Housing and RHA Wales have now merged to form Beaconcymrugroup. Changes to Coastal Housing branded clothing and vans will happen at different times in different areas, so the person who calls to carry out your repair or maintenance work may have a mix of Coastal and Beacon branding across their clothing and van.

You can see some of our legacy Coastal and new Beacon branding in the attached photos. If you want to verify that an individual calling at your home is employed by Beacon Cymru, please call 01792 619400.

From January 2025, Coastal Housing and RHA Wales will merge to form Beacon Cymru Group. Changes to Coastal Housing branded clothing and vans will happen at different times in different areas, so the person who calls to carry out your repair or maintenance work may have a mix of Coastal and Beacon branding across their clothing and van.
