Craigfelen Community Primary School is a vibrant and happy

school set at the heart of the village of Graigfelen. . Craigfelen is blessed with over five acres of beautiful landscaped grounds that includes a Prince of Wales Award nature reserve, floodlit all-weather sports court, rugby pitch, tennis court, three attractive and secure playgrounds together with community allotments and Swansea in Bloom awards for beautiful gardens. The school also manages the local community centre and plans to work jointly with the local community to develop lots of new facilities including a community cafe, library, uniform shop, swap shop for toys and a pay what you can shop.

Nursery have had the BEST start to the Autumn term. It’s been wonderful welcoming friends old and new to our school community.

We are looking forward to next week where the children will be baking a cake on Monday, visiting the nature reserve on Tuesday with Jessie and dancing with Mr Franks on Wednesday 🤩

Reception had a wonderful first day of full time school. We have enjoyed exploring our new classroom and having lots of fun with our friends. We have read the story 'The colour monster' and talked about how it feels to start school. We have shared our likes and talked about what we want to be when we grow up! We are excited to see our adventures ahead! Da iawn pawb.
