Whilst on a football theme. Congratulations to Tircoed resident Will Thomas whose Gower college football team have won a clean sweep of college titles, Association of Colleges South West League champions (unbeaten), Welsh Colleges National Cup Champions beating Coleg Menai 10-2, and now UK Colleges national champions. Well done!

Congratulations to Pennlergaer Dragons (u14s) on winning the Swansea Junior League Plate Cup yesterday. Also congratulations to Tircoed boys Jacob Napieralla and Ollie Smith who both featured. (If I've missed any other Pontlliw / Tircoed residents then please mention them in the comments, these are the two I know).

Just an update from Welsh blood the session scheduled for tomorrow 19th May at Pontlliw Village is still going ahead as planned as they have been in touch with Norman Smith this morning.
