Looking for practical parenting support? 💜

Our Best Start Family Hubs are offering free Achieving Better Connections (ABC) programme - a six-week course designed to help parents and carers better understand their child's behaviour, strengthen family relationships and build confidence in their parenting journey.

📱 Online courses (ages 3-16)
• Tuesdays starting 15 September: 9.30am to 11.30am or 12.45pm to 2.45pm
• Wednesdays starting 16 September: 5pm to 7pm

👶 Online course (ages 0-3)
• Wednesdays starting 16 September, 9.30am to 11.30am

Together for Children are recruiting for a Business Manager to play a key role in helping them understand the difference their new community-based Early Help programme is making.

This exciting new community-based programme aims to improve the short, medium and long-term health, wellbeing and aspirations of children, young people and their families across Sunderland.

Bringing together services from across their Early Help Directorate, the programme will focus on developing community-led solutions that help children and families thrive.

The programme will initially focus on improving school attendance, recognising the significant impact attendance has on educational achievement, wellbeing and future life opportunities.
