In this introductory Nature Journalling session, you will be guided through the process of recording observations, thoughts and questions about the natural world through a combination of art, writing and science. The perfect way to witness the incredible spectacle of European Storm Petrels as they come back to land at night. Stand outside the Mousa broch a few yards back from the walls and watch their fluttering performance against the backdrop of the sky. Superb.

We've been informed of an issue with the door handle on the hide at Mires of Funzie.
We're working to get a temporary solution in place this evening, before our team can get up to fix it properly on Friday.
If you are visiting the hide before then, please make sure you leave the door propped open.

Our Evening Rockpooling (Adults only) sessions start next week!

Join us as we take a closer look at the hidden life within rockpools, connecting with nature and connecting with other adults who want to spend their Friday nights amongst shore crabs and beadlet anemones!

We have 5 sessions available this summer!
Friday 5th June, 6pm - 7:30pm
Friday 19th June, 6pm - 7:30pm
Friday 3rd July, 6pm - 7:30pm
Friday 17th July, 6pm - 7:30pm
Friday 31st July, 6pm - 7:30pm
