We are trialing summer childcare for 2 - 6 year olds this July. Open 8am - 6pm, with the flexibility to book between these times. From Monday 20th July - Friday 21st August!

🌟 Meet Louis! 🌟

We are delighted to introduce Louis, who has recently joined our nursery team as our Maintenance Assistant.

Louis will be working every Friday alongside Gemma, helping with all the repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep that come with running a busy nursery. His support will help us ensure that our environment remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for all of our children and staff.

Although Fridays will be Louis’ regular working day, there may be occasions when children and families see him at the nursery during the week to assist with one-off jobs or maintenance tasks.

In his spare time, Louis enjoys running, cycling, and spending quality time socialising with his friends and family.

Some of you may already know that Louis is Gemma’s partner, and we’re very pleased to welcome him to the nursery team. If you see him around, please do say hello!

💛 Staff Appreciation Post 💛

We’re celebrating an incredible milestone for Amelia as she reaches her 2-year anniversary with us at Tots & Teepees!

What started as a young lady joining us as an apprentice has grown into a confident, capable, and dedicated practitioner who is now very nearly a fully qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.

Over the past two years, Amelia has shown amazing commitment, working long days from 8am–6pm, four days a week, while continually developing her skills and taking on more responsibilities. She is now in charge of all of our food preparation and cooking, ensuring our children receive nutritious and delicious meals every day, alongside the many other important roles she carries out within the setting.

Amelia is a valued member of our team whose hard work, reliability and caring nature never go unnoticed. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and excited to see her complete her qualification and continue to flourish in her career.

Thank you, Amelia, for everything you do for our children, families, and team. We are so lucky to have you as part of the Tots & Teepees family! 🌈

We are extremely pleased to be able to announce the result of our Ofsted inspection which took place in February! 🎉

We achieved Expected Standard across all areas with all safeguarding standards fully met!

We are delighted with the outcome of our very first inspection! A big thank you to everyone for your continued support, our amazing staff and all the help behind the scenes!

Welcome to the Art Room 🎨✨

Our preschool room now benefits from this extra space, which we’re so excited to be using as a dedicated art room! It started off as a blank canvas, freshly painted all white, and today was finally the day to bring it to life.

We love celebrating children’s work, their creations are truly amazing. Now we have the perfect space to let their imaginations run wild with arts and crafts, explore freely and proudly display everything they create.

We can’t wait to see this room filled with colour, creativity, and lots of little masterpieces 💛
