Led by our instructor Scarlet, this 45 minute class takes place in our hydrotherapy pool and focuses on gentle, low impact movements to improve strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. It's ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise or anyone looking for a supportive and enjoyable workout environment.
