Captain Watson joined MOSU as an ITU nurse in May 2026, having come from 22 MMR where he was a Troop Commander in 33 Sqn (Hospital Squadron). He has done a wide variety of jobs along the way, with most of his experience being in R2B and everything that comes with it.
