Nerine sarniensis, the Guernsey Lily always a sure sign that autumn is calling. Unlike its relative N.bowdenii this species won't stand any frost, but makes a great subject for a clay pot.

We are looking forward to hosting the Scottish Nature Photography Awards Exhibition at Logan Botanic Garden again this season. Opens on 6 October and features the photographs from the 2025 competition finalists. These amazing pictures capture Scotland's iconic scenery, wildlife and images from the natural world.
