Year 1 and 2 have had a wonderful morning at the Sycamore centre. The children did lots of exploring and were excellent ambassadors for Ashwood Park. Well done everybody!

Our KS2 School Councillors and Ambassadors enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Houses of Parliament before Easter. Pupils were exemplary throughout the visit, taking part in a guided tour and workshop, learning how Parliament works, and meeting Baroness Natalie Bennett for a Q&A. A memorable and inspiring day for all!

The children in Years 5 and 6 had a fantastic time on their trip earlier this week. They learnt a lot for their geography topic 'Under the Sea' and have since written some amazing reviews of their day in English.

Particular highlights seem to have been Monty the penguin and Moe the sea turtle.

Well done children for making it such a lovely day out!
