Ripples of Grief is a one of support group exploring Secondary Grief

Grief often brings many secondary losses alongside the death of a loved one, affecting different areas of life. Our one-off Ripples of Grief group provides a safe, supportive space to explore these feelings, share experiences and better understand the bereavement journey.

Calm Connections is a 4 week introduction to meditation and mindfulness course for bereavement. Join this group introduction course to learn how to use meditation and mindfulness to find a
calm space as you navigate the immediate shockwaves of grief and encourage long term healing.
