💡 ECO4 Scheme Update – November 2025

A quick update following the recent Octopus LA Flex changes 👇

✅ Still fully fundable under LA Flex:
• Loft insulation
• Boilers
• Heating controls
• Air Source Heat Pumps
• Solar PV

❌ IWI (Internal Wall Insulation) – now only available through the Benefits route (not LA Flex).

So in simple terms:
➡️ LA Flex = everything except IWI
➡️ Benefits route = still covers IWI

We still have strong, direct funding available for qualifying properties — and all routes remain open for homeowners, landlords, and lead partners across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire & Leicestershire and the rest of the UK.
