🏡 Your voice is helping shape more happy homes

This month marks one year of Customer Void Inspections, one of the ways you're helping us make sure customer voice remains at the heart of everything we do.

By working alongside our teams to inspect empty homes before they're re-let, involved customers are helping us see homes through the eyes of the people who live in them. The feedback you share helps us make improvements, challenge our thinking and make sure homes are ready for new customers.

Customer Void Inspector Wendy said:

Looking picture perfect in the summer sunshine 🌿☀️

Moreton House in Wolstanton is one of our most historic buildings, a beautiful Georgian property dating all the way back to 1743. Built for Ralph Moreton and once home to notable figures including Sir Oliver Lodge, this stunning building has been part of the local community for centuries 🏛️

And thanks to the hard work of our Estates and Gardening Team, it’s looking summer ready once again.

From the freshly cut lawns and neatly trimmed hedges, to the colourful greenery framing the building, the team work hard behind the scenes to keep spaces like this looking their best for residents and the wider community to enjoy, whatever the weather 🌱

A huge thank you to the team for helping preserve not just green spaces, but a little piece of local history too 👏
