There was a time when manufacturing was very much ‘men only’

But the UK manufacturing sector has come a long way since then. We’re proud, for instance, that Vigor was co-founded by Claire Lowes, and that we have great women on our team

But, with 85% of people in UK manufacturing being men vs 15% women, there’s still a lot to do to close the manufacturing gender gap
