Market days are coming to HQ! 🤩

You may have already seen, but we're very excited to be welcoming the Northern Dales Farmers' Markets to our HQ in Eaglescliffe!

On Sunday 13 September, you'll be able to browse stalls packed with fantastic local traders, pick up some goodies and support small businesses – all while stopping by to say hello to us 👋

And, it's not a one-off! The market will be at HQ on the second Sunday of every month, so you can make it a regular date in the diary. Plus they're dog-friendly, we have plenty of parking and Hangar 63 will be open for your post-market coffee!

We're working towards a new-to-us fleet of three helicopters, helping us deliver advanced medical care to more patients and giving our service the resilience it needs for the future.

Yesterday our critical care team in Cumbria was activated to road traffic collisions (RTC's) in Kirkby Stephen and Cockermouth.

RTC's are one of our most responded to incident types and this year alone, our crews have given blood at the scene of them 33 times.

But to give that blood, we need the right equipment.

Can you help us fund 30 blood giving sets, so our crews can safely deliver vital blood to patients suffering severe blood loss after serious injuries?

Our team were kept busy over the bank holiday weekend, responding to 20 incidents across the North East, Northumberland and Cumbria.

From Saturday to Monday they were activated to:

🚗 Five road traffic collisions
👊 Three assaults
⚠️ Two falls
❤️ Two cardiac arrests
🩺 Two industrial incidents
💉 One medical incident
😷 Five other
