Is there anything more exciting then being able to discover nature right on your doorstep?

That's what our very own Dave allows our young and adult carers to do - what Dave doesn't know about the outdoors isn't worth knowing. Trips like this help our young carers learn something new, something that completely takes them out of their caring role and allows them to focus on the world around them.

Good news for our adult carers is we have a special Halloween nature walk taking place in October so keep your eyes peeled for it on our website!

Today we celebrate 40 years of Signpost 💚

Since 1986 Signpost for Carers has been part of the Stockport community supporting unpaid young and adult carers throughout the years. It's taken hard work and dedication from staff, volunteers and trustees from across the years to continue making Stockport a more carer friendly place.

Today we'll be sharing photos from across the years but if you have any memories of Signpost from across the years please share them with us.

Fundraising comes in all shapes and sizes. Today we'd like to say a big THANK YOU to Minnie who spent her Sunday a few weeks ago raising money for Signpost on her very own stall💚
