The Muster Point is a veteran-led support group in Stevenage, providing camaraderie, guidance, and assistance for ex-service personnel. We host weekly meetups (Tuesdays, 10 AM-12 PM at Fairlands Valley Lakes), offering a safe space to connect, share experiences, and access mental health, financial, and employment support.

Standing room only at The Muster Point this morning!

We were joined by the incredible Chicksands & Henlow Military Wives Choir and the Mayor of Stevenage to film the final scenes for our Christmas song.

And now, the final countdown begins! 🎶

Conflicts may disappear from the headlines, but their consequences don't.

Veterans and their families are still here. Still fighting. Still standing. Still alive. 🇬🇧

What an incredible result from The Muster Point's Celebration of Remembrance Ball! 👏

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, donated, sponsored and supported the evening, we raised a fantastic £6,233!

A huge thank you to the brilliant North London Military Wives Choir, who opened the evening with a performance worthy of a standing ovation, and the hilarious Pat Smith, who kept everyone entertained!

Special thanks to our sponsors, volunteers and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the evening possible.

Every penny raised will help us continue supporting veterans and their families, tackling isolation and bringing the Armed Forces community together.

The uniforms may have come off, but the memories, friendships and battles we carry don't just disappear.

Written and composed by British Army veteran Stu Mendelson, We're Still Here brings together Military Wives Choirs (featuring singers from Chicksands and Henlow choir), The Muster Point Veterans and Veterans in Crisis Sunderland.

A Christmas song about the battles that don't end when the wars do, and the veterans and families still living with the consequences.

Behind the scenes in Sunderland! 🎙️🇬🇧

Back in September, I travelled north to record with the brilliant veterans at Veterans in Crisis Sunderland (VICS), including a special appearance from the Mayor of Sunderland, Cllr Robert Hutchinson!

I've built a great connection with Ger Fowler and the team at VICS, and bringing veterans from the North and South together through music has been something special.

What a brilliant idea from The Allotment Veteran on TikTok!

Imagine passing out of basic training with nobody there to see you.

Nobody Stands Alone connects veterans with recruits who have no family or friends attending their passing-out parade.

A veteran turns up, shows their support and makes sure that recruit knows they're part of the military family.

Simple idea, massive impact.

If you're a veteran, get involved. Nobody should stand alone.

Some days in music are about getting everything just right. Others are about enjoying every minute of it. This was definitely one of those days!

An absolute honour to record with the incredible Military Wives Choirs for my debut single, We’re Still Here.

Plenty of laughter, some beautiful voices and a day I'll remember for a long time.

Hearing a song I'd written come to life with these amazing women was something pretty special.

Thank you to everyone involved for being part of it.

Pete Hegseth reckons ISAF stood for "I Saw Americans Fighting".

As someone who served in Afghanistan, I've got a few thoughts on that.

Especially after discovering the American Defence Secretary once managed to hit a US Army drummer with an axe on live television.

Apparently, nobody's safe. Not even the band.
