Congratulations Paula!
Paula won the Pride of Airedale Partnership Award in 2024 for her work with our laundry partner, Synergy and, as her nominator said at the time:
"Paula has been running the laundry and linen department for many years now. She works tirelessly in the department to ensure the hospital is fully stocked of all linen, managing a small team to ensure all areas have sufficient quantities of bedding, uniform and anything else required to ensure patients are comfortable and safe during their stay here. Paula is brilliant and hopefully this nomination will go some way to thank her for all her hard work!"

🎉 Celebrating 25 Years of Paula 🎉
This month we're celebrating an incredible milestone as our lovely Paula Walsh marks 25 years of service at Airedale.
Paula first joined the Trust as a Laundry Assistant and, through hard work, determination and a passion for learning, progressed into the Senior Facilities Supervisor role she holds today.
Over the years, she's seen services evolve, departments grow and healthcare continue to change, while remaining proud to be part of the Airedale family.
Reflecting on her career, Paula says it's the people, friendships and sense of belonging that have kept her here for a quarter of a century.
"I've always felt very proud to be part of Airedale and AGH Solutions. It has become a big part of my life, and after 25 years I still care very much about the work I do and the people I work with."
One of Paula's proudest achievements was receiving a Pride of Airedale Award in 2024, and she says seeing the difference her work makes continues to motivate her every day.
