🌊 It's Water Safety Week! 🌊

This week (24th - 30th August) our lessons will focus on one of the most important aspects of swimming... staying safe in the water.

Water safety is a vital life skill, helping swimmers develop the knowledge and confidence to stay safe in and around water. Our activities link closely with the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) guidance, supporting children in understanding how to recognise hazards, stay safe, and respond appropriately in different water environments.

✅ Stages 2 & 3: Normal swimwear
✅ Stages 4 & 5: Lightweight shorts and t-shirt over swimwear
✅ Stages 6 & 7: Lightweight long-sleeved top and long bottoms over swimwear
✅ All swimmers: No goggles

📌 Our Water Safety Weeks are held every 5 weeks.

Next Water Safety Week: 28th September - 4th October.

Looking for a different way to keep active? Take your workout to the water with our Aqua Fit and Aqua Cycling sessions!

💪 Aqua Fit — a fun, full-body workout using the resistance of the water to improve strength, fitness and mobility.

🚴 Aqua Cycling — get on one of our pool bikes for an energetic, low-impact workout that’s great for cardio, legs and overall fitness.

Both are easy on the joints, suitable for a range of fitness levels and a great way to mix up your usual workout! 💦

Our swimming pool is currently closed due to an issue with the pool chemicals.

The pool will remain closed while our team completes the necessary safety checks. All swimming sessions are suspended until further notice.
