A Police Surgery will be held on April 4th 2026 at GAYTON VILLAGE HALL from 14:00 to 15:00 HRS.

This event is designed to provide an open forum for all members of the community, please come along if there is anything you would like to raise or discuss.

What Is a Police Surgery?
A Police Surgery is a dedicated session where neighbourhood officers are available to discuss concerns, answer questions, and offer advice on a range of topics. It is an opportunity for you to:
• Raise issues affecting your area or workplace.
• Seek guidance on safety, crime prevention, and reporting procedures.
• Build relationships with local police and understand their work.
• Share feedback to help improve community policing.

🎶 Christmas Carol Service at St Peter’s Church 🎶
on Sunday 14th December at 4pm
Followed by festive refreshments at the Village Hall.

This year we are having a traditional carol service with a twist.
What is your favourite Christmas Carol from school, church or children’s concerts?
Have you a favourite festive poem or short story?

Alongside the traditional Christmas story readings, we hope to include others that mean Christmas to you.

Please let us know both in advance and we will try to include them in the service!

We would love to make it a joyous service open to all with ideas from many.

Everyone will be most welcome.

Gayton is running a Church Christmas raffle this year, in aid of the continued upkeep and running of the church. With prizes including £50, various hampers, wine, festive treats and many other prizes.

Tickets, £1 each or £5 for a book. Please contact Jane (details below) or Sue, if you wish to purchase some.

The raffle will be drawn after the Carol Service, at the Village Hall.
