Domestic abuse doesn’t care who you are. And sometimes, the person suffering is the one nobody thinks to ask.

Earlier this year, we were commissioned by Staffordshire Police to produce a film that challenged some of the assumptions around domestic abuse.

We devised a campaign built around two parallel stories, one from a male perspective and one from a female perspective.

Working with a cast of 12 actors from across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, alongside some wonderful volunteers from NetworkIN UK, we created a story centred around something completely ordinary: a football match.

Because abuse doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside. It can exist behind closed doors, between people who appear happy, confident and strong. And over time, it can break down even the strongest individuals.

Over the next month, these films will be shown at football stadiums across Staffordshire, from Stoke to Vale to Albion. One part of this campaign that mattered enormously to us was making sure male victims were represented too.

Men experiencing domestic abuse are still too often absent from the conversation. We wanted this campaign to speak to them just as clearly as it speaks to women. Ultimately, the success of these films won’t be measured by views, likes or awards.

It will be measured by whether the right person recognises something of their own life, and realises that what they’re experiencing isn’t acceptable. And that support is there.

After months of training… and more than a few frustrating battles with sciatica… it’s finally London Marathon day.

Not the smooth, perfectly executed prep you imagine when you sign up. More stop-start. More grit than glamour. But we’re here.

We’re running to raise money for Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance Ccpa Stafford , who support so many families battling through childhood cancer across Stafford.

We’re so close to hitting our target, which makes today feel even bigger.

I’m running the London Marathon this year. Not for a time. Not for a medal.

For families facing something no parent should ever have to face.
I’m supporting the

A charity that stands beside parents when their child is diagnosed with cancer.
I’m a parent of three.

And like any parent, I worry about the everyday things.

School.
Health.
The future.

But some families are living with something far heavier.

A diagnosis that changes everything overnight.

Not just for the child.

But for the parents holding it together.

Trying to stay strong when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

Hearing those stories stays with you.

Because you realise very quickly…

No one is ever prepared for something like that.

And no one should have to face it alone.

Some of the most important conversations in industry never make it outside the boardroom.

We’ve been changing that.

Ant Howell, myself and the team Lilac Howell have had some fantastic new podcasts launching in our studio, with directors from Network Rail joining us to produce internal podcast content designed to be rolled out to senior teams, focusing on operational developments and industry insight.

We’ve also been working with teams from Finning CAT, exploring innovation, change, and the evolving landscape of their sector through long-form conversation that brings clarity and depth to complex topics.

What we’re seeing again and again is the real value of this format. Bringing industry leaders and subject matter experts together in a podcast setting creates content that works hard across multiple channels. Each episode is not just a single asset, but a full content engine, typically generating 12 to 15 short-form social clips that balance detailed insight with highly shareable moments.

Our in-house studio is built specifically for this kind of production. Equipped with a five-camera setup, digital whiteboards, professional overhead railed lighting, and state-of-the-art audio and vision mixing, it allows us to deliver broadcast-quality output with complete creative control.

Alongside this, we also have in-house presenters who can support clients at the very start of their podcasting journey, helping to shape conversations and build confidence on camera.

Podcasting is no longer just content. It is a communication system that scales.

First shoot day complete for the ACDC project!

Today we were in Bristol at the offices of LetUsGrow Hydroponics and Ostara, filming with Jack Farmer and Dan Cohen for the UK Agri-Tech Centre .

This marks the start of a film series telling the story of the Advanced Crop Dynamic Control (ACDC) project – a collaboration that brings together some of the UK’s most innovative minds in controlled environment agriculture.

From energy-efficient lighting recipes to real-time crop health monitoring, the project is showing how technology and teamwork can reshape vertical farming. We’re capturing the journey on film – bringing clarity, emotion and purpose to a story about smarter, greener ways to grow food.

It’s a big day for sustainability storytelling!

We’ve just kicked off an ambitious new 25-film series with NatWest and the Supply Chain Sustainability School, highlighting how some of the UK’s biggest names are tackling decarbonisation in bold and creative ways.

First stop: Fashion Street Regeneration in London. With stunning views and even better stats—9 out of 14 office units now have EPC A ratings, and the rest are well on the way. The entire building is now 100% electric, with no gas boilers at all.

Next, we’re heading to Kier Group, where reducing embodied carbon is a top priority. Recycled steel, low-carbon cement, and modern methods of construction are all helping the build go beyond the Greater London Authority target of 600 kgCO2e/m².

This is just the beginning. We’ll be rolling these films out nationwide to help inspire action, spark ideas, and prove that sustainable building is not only possible—but powerful.
