Field Lodge is a purpose-built care home on the outskirts of St Ives in Cambridgeshire. The home offers a range of high-quality services from residential and nursing care, to respite and specialist dementia care. The home has been shaped by the interests of residents, with a tuck shop, contemporary café, in-house cinema and hair salon and nail bar. Each bedroom is individually decorated, spacious

and complete with a widescreen TV and en-suite bathroom. Residents can also enjoy weekly activities in the lively home atmosphere. The team takes time to get to know each resident before they move in to deliver individual care and lifestyle plans to suit their unique needs.

Hi all, we're trying to make a special wish come true for one of our residents! He was a super keen drummer in a band back in his teenage years but hasn't had a chance to play since. We'd absolutely love to help him get back behind a kit.

Does anyone out there have a drum kit they'd be willing to lend for a bit, know of someone who has or perhaps happy to invite him over to have a jam? We're hoping to give him that amazing feeling of playing again. Please get in touch if you can help make this happen. Thank you!

What a day for Doug and Bob at Shuttleworth Wings and Wheels Air Show on Saturday ✈️ Kicked things off with a picnic, checked out the amazing collection, then enjoyed the air show with some ice cream. We enjoyed a trip to Hinchingbrooke Park on Wednesday afternoon! First, we made ice cream a priority, and then we took a leisurely stroll around the country park! 🍨🍃☀️

⚠️ FYI, the café/visitor center and the car park at the bottom are closed for roadworks – they're doing a complete revamp! You can still get to the toilets, but the new temporary café (The Nestbox) is up by the main car park.
